AI providers process your data under their respective data processing agreements with us, and they do not retain your content after processing.

4. Recruiter Discovery

If you enable Recruiter Discovery, an anonymized version of your profile (skills, experience level, location preference) is made visible to verified recruiters on our platform. Your full name, contact information, and resume details are only shared when you explicitly consent to a recruiter's outreach request.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who need it to operate our services (hosting, payment processing, AI providers) and as required by law.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. After deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, regular security audits, and access controls. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
