1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LeetResume ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LeetResume provides an AI-powered resume builder, publishing platform, and recruiter discovery service. Features vary by subscription tier as described on our pricing page.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create on LeetResume, including your resume text, uploaded documents, and profile information. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to create misleading or fraudulent resume content
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your qualifications
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Service

6. AI Features

AI-generated suggestions are provided as recommendations and should be reviewed for accuracy before use. LeetResume is not responsible for the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for the final content of your resume.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. API Usage

API access is subject to rate limits as specified in our API documentation. Excessive or abusive API usage may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

LeetResume is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
